Guests may request specific animals for their experience. Availability of certain animals may vary. Additional charges may apply for special requests, such as including exotic animals.
- Special Animal Request Fee: $50 (for each additional animal outside of package selection)

Location and Travel Costs
The petting zoo operates at Painted Buffalo Homestead + MakersSpace. For off-site events, the following travel fees apply:
- Within 10 miles of our location: No travel fee
- 11-25 miles: $50
- 26-50 miles: $100
- Over 50 miles: $150
Travel fees are assessed based on the distance from our homestead to the event location.

Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation to secure your date and package choice. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

Refund Policy
- The initial deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made 14 days prior to the event may receive a 50% refund of the remaining balance.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit the remaining balance.
- In the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule the event at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
